Welcome! Here in Carmel, California we are focused on gourmet macaron or macaroon classes. Macarons or sometimes called macaroons, are a French pastry made of two cookie halves filled with buttercream. In our class, your recipe is included. You can book these fantastic experiences here.

Our classes are taught in charming Carmel by the Sea, just 3 blocks or 3 min from town and a short walk to the ocean. There is plenty of parking in our idyllic setting.

Typically, classes are Saturdays and Sundays from 11am to 1pm PST, last about 1.5 hours and are $99pp.

You take home a full dozen macarons, a $48 value. The class is hands-on and includes macaron making from start to finish.

Once your macarons are ready, we will fill them with a hand-crafted buttercream – YUM!

We professionally package them so they are ready for gift giving or eating!  :  )

You take home a tested, best macaron recipe along with instructions and tips and tricks as well the the best ingredients to use when making and baking macarons.

We can do special groups, team building, birthday’s and vacation fun days that include custom colors, flavors and shapes.
